Sneaker Label is an online sneaker service company established in 2019 and located in the Netherlands. On our instagram you’ll find our latest releases and more! Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The Netherlands: 1-4 business days €6,95

Belgium: 1-4 business days €10,00

The rest of Europe:   1-4 business days €15,00

How long will it take to deliver my purchased product?

We make sure all our customers receive the purchased shoes within 1-4 business days.

Which payment methods are supported by Sneaker Label?

We currently accept payment by PayPal and iDeal. Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard check on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.

Will I receive an order confirmation once my order is completed?

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail a few minutes after your order has been processed. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, to place an order on our website you don’t need to create an account. Just fill in your contact information and we will process your order without asking to log in.

When will I receive a notification that my returned order is processed?

When an order is returned to Sneaker Label, the order must first be checked before the return can be approved. This can take up to two days after receiving your order. Once everything is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and the amount paid will be refunded within ten days

I ordered the wrong size. What can I do?

Fill in the return form and make clear that you want to exchange. Make sure the seal is unbroken, the shoes are unworn and the contents of the original packaging are complete.

My shoes are damaged/I have a complaint. What can I do?

Please contact us through our contact form and provide us with your order number. If you have a complaint, please contact contact@sneaker-label.com. We aim to respond within five (3) working days.
